Cancellation
Free cancellation up to 48hr. before your appointment. In case of emergency please contact me directly (832-403-5804). Cancellation fee will be issued if no show or canceling within the 48hrs. to the card on file. If a conformation text is sent by me personally and there is no response the same day, your appointment will be canceled and marked as a "no show" and the card on file will be charged. Cancellation fee is (50% of the service starting price. No show fee is 95% of the service starting price. COVID 19 cancellations are included in this policy, no exceptions. If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment the no show/cancellation policy will apply and the card on file will be charged.
